Submitting a review request
When you submit the review form, we store the details you provide in the GBP Masters website database so we can review your enquiry and respond. We also store a reference number, submission date and processing status. Sending a request does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Using the free profile self-check
Your self-check runs in your browser and does not scan Google. Answers are not stored by GBP Masters unless you choose to include them in a submitted review request. Downloading the checklist saves a text file on your device.
Preventing misuse
We use request validation, a hidden spam field and temporary rate limits to protect the form. Rate limits use a hash of the requesting IP address and date. This is kept for a limited period and is not used for advertising.
Information we receive
When you contact us, we may receive your name, business name, email address, service area, public profile or website link, and the details you choose to provide. We use this information to respond to your enquiry, review your needs, and discuss or deliver agreed services.
Keep sensitive information out of enquiries
Do not send Google passwords, verification codes, payment details, or sensitive customer records through this website or an initial email. If supporting documents are needed later, we will discuss an appropriate way to handle them.
Providers and external links
Our website host may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the site. Email providers process messages sent through them. Our hosting and database providers process submitted information to operate the site. Links to Google and other external websites have their own privacy practices.
Autopilot accounts and Google access
When live connections are enabled, Google sign-in supplies your account identifier, name and verified email. With your permission, we access the Business Profile you select, including its business information and reviews. Access and refresh tokens are encrypted on our server. We use a secure account cookie to keep you signed in. We never request your Google password.
AI processing and automation
When you enable AI processing, relevant confirmed business facts, review text, your NOX messages and recent conversation context are sent to OpenAI to prepare drafts, answers and supported task requests. We do not send Google access tokens, billing credentials or payment card details to the AI. Requests disable OpenAI response storage; this does not override the provider’s separate security or abuse-monitoring retention. We do not use connected Google data to train a generalized AI model. Each automated task is limited by your selected permissions.
Autopilot records and billing
Account preferences and facts you confirm are stored in our database. Drafts and activity content are retained for up to 30 days. We read review data from Google when requested. Stripe processes subscription payments; we store its customer and subscription references, not full card details. When enabled, our transactional email provider processes your email address and update notices. These service providers may process information outside Canada.
NOX conversations
For connected accounts, NOX conversation history and task receipts are stored for up to 30 days. Approval cards expire after 15 minutes. You can clear the conversation inside NOX. Clearing chat does not remove saved drafts, undo completed work or change your automation permissions. Public profile edits and sensitive account changes require their own approval. The current demo uses temporary example replies and does not send your messages to OpenAI.
Stopping Autopilot
You can pause tasks, cancel subscription renewal or disconnect Google through your workspace. Disconnecting removes Google access and clears stored profile facts, drafts, NOX conversations and approval cards from the active workspace. Existing Google posts and replies stay on Google. Limited account and billing records may remain for subscription management and applicable recordkeeping. Account deletion and other privacy requests can be sent to maxmann@cybernox.ai.
Interactive demo
The Autopilot demo uses fictional example data in temporary browser memory. It does not connect a Google account, make AI requests, submit payment details or change a Business Profile. Demo changes reset when you reload or leave the page.
Analytics and advertising
This version of the website does not install advertising pixels or optional analytics trackers. Fonts and the main visual assets are served with the site.
Retention and your requests
We retain enquiry information as needed to respond, provide agreed services, and meet applicable obligations. To ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you have provided, email maxmann@cybernox.ai. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
